Run by the Perth Diocesan Social Responsibilities Commission (SRC) St. Boniface Cathedral are proud to offer a workshop on LGBTIQA+ Inclusion and Diversity.

These workshops are specifically shaped to address the concerns of Christians navigating questions of LGBTIQA+ diversity and inclusion, while remaining grounded in faith. An SHQ presenter delivers key information, followed by one of our priests who offers theological reflection and interpretation. This approach helps address the so‑called “clobber passages” and creates a safe, thoughtful space for participants to consider how to lovingly support friends, family members, and parishioners.

The session also explains the acronyms and includes short video testimonies from people who identify as lesbian, gay, intersex, trans, and other identities—voices that participants have found deeply relatable and enlightening.
