The Parish of Bunbury is undertaking a survey to assist with the future planning of the Parish. Our great desire is to see our Cathedral parish flourish and grow, both numerically and spiritually. In considering how this might become a reality, we need an awareness of our strengths as well as the challenges we face as a community living in relationship with one another. Once we have some ideas about these, a strategic plan can be developed to promote the building up of the parish community.
It is hoped as many individual Parish members will complete a survey form as possible. The larger the number submitted, the more useful will be the information gathered. So we would encourage all family members and others who consider themselves part of the Cathedral Parish, to complete a form.
Please return completed by depositing in the sealed box within the Cathedral foyer, scanning through to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to the Diocesan Office, PO Box 15, Bunbury, WA, 6231.
Prayers for the Cathedral
The Revd. Carol Reid has prepared some prayers for use during the season of Pentecost as we continue to pray for the Cathedral. Download them by clicking on the link below.
pray as you go
Pray as you go is a daily prayer session, designed to go with you wherever you go, to help you pray whenever you find time, but particularly whilst travelling to and from work, study, etc.
A new prayer session is produced every day of the working week and one session for the weekend. It is not a 'Thought for the Day', a sermon or a bible-study, but rather a framework for your own prayer.
Lasting between ten and thirteen minutes, it combines music, scripture and some questions for reflection.
